John Alexander

Vice President, Corporate Development

John and his team are responsible for recruiting experienced and qualified Advisors from across Canada to IPC.

With over 30 years of operational experience, John has a solid understanding of the industry and issues that face Advisors today. This allows him to work with them to evaluate IPC's offering and break down the traditional barriers to growing their book of business.

Over the past seven years, John and his team have recruited and facilitated the transition of over 300 Advisors, with more than $7 billion in assets.

Bill D'Silva

Recruitment Coordinator

Every great team is built on a backbone of coordination and logistics management and IPC’s Recruitment Team is no exception.

Bill is not only the first point of contact for many prospective Advisors at IPC, he’s also the “go-to” resource throughout the entire transition process.

Bill and his family relocated to Canada in 1998 when Bill began his career in banking and financial services as a business development coordinator. Before “jumping the pond,” Bill worked in various operational and management roles in the United Kingdom.

Bill is an avid participant and contributor to various charitable causes, including The Healing Cycle Foundation and Movember. In 2015, Bill was the IPC Dream Team's top fund raiser for The Healing Cycle, raising over $3,000 towards this cause. It was also the first year that Bill rode the 100KM challenge for The Healing Cycle.
