With change being the only constant these days, we too are evolving and we are looking for a new HR Business Partner with a love and focus in talent development and training to join our team on a contract basis.

Human Resources Business Partner – Talent Development

With a passion for the development of others, you are looking for an opportunity to maintain and facilitate training and development plans and programs within a fast paced environment.

Success in this role looks like:

  • An HR Business Partner who establishes strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs
  • A self-starter who can maintain and manage existing development and learning programs across all business lines
  • A quick learner who takes the initiative to ensure they understand the unique roles within the organization and how to deploy development plans and programs accordingly
  • Partner with business leaders to understand the unique roles within the organization to provide delivery of learning programs
  • Implementation of effective development programs that provide career paths within the organization
  • Staying abreast and current with what is happening within the industry and identifying any learning requirements accordingly
  • Support projects and initiatives to improve the employee experience


  • A strong communicator and facilitator with the ability to capture a room/audience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Strong consultative skills in order to partner and build solid relationships with leaders
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • A passion for developing others
  • An understanding of training methodologies
  • Can evaluate learner proficiencies and success of training in order to tailor delivery
  • Experience within the Financial Industry an asset
  • CHRP designation considered an asset
