On July 1, 2026, Canada Life Securities Ltd. will amalgamate with IPC Securities Corporation, subject to regulatory approval by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.1


As a result of the change in carrying broker, the trustee and issuer for your registered accounts will change from Canadian Western Trust to Natcan Trust Company. On the transfer date, in early July 2026, your current Declaration of Trust for your registered accounts with Canadian Western Trust will no longer apply and you’ll be subject to a new Declaration of Trust with Natcan Trust Company. The new Declaration of Trust can be reviewed at https://info.nbin.ca/tips-tools/your-client/introducing-brokers.html. If you have a locked-in registered account, the applicable addendums are available for review below.
