Attention: Canada Life Securities Ltd. Clients

As of July 1, Canada Life Securities Ltd. (CLSL) and IPC Securities Corporation (IPCSC) have come together as a single dealer under IPC Securities Corporation.1

As a result of the change in carrying broker, the trustee and issuer for your registered accounts will change from Canadian Western Trust to Natcan Trust Company. On the transfer date, in early July 2026, your current Declaration of Trust for your registered accounts with Canadian Western Trust will no longer apply and you’ll be subject to a new Declaration of Trust with Natcan Trust Company. The new Declaration of Trust can be reviewed at https://info.nbin.ca/tips-tools/your-client/introducing-brokers.html. If you have a locked-in registered account, the applicable addendums are available for review below.

The document linked below is amended to reflect changes to the carrying broker for your account from Aviso Financial Inc. (“AFI”) to National Bank Independent Network (“NBIN”), in connection with the proposed amalgamation between Canada Life Securities Ltd. and IPC Securities Corporation (the “Proposed Amalgamation”). All references to “AFI” are replaced with “NBIN”, including corresponding changes to mailing addresses and methods of electronic delivery for other client documents. This document is effective upon the conversion of AFI to NBIN, which is anticipated to occur on or about July 5, 2026, as contemplated in connection with the Proposed Amalgamation. Please note the Proposed Amalgamation is subject to regulatory approval by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.
